View from the road bridge by the University's rowing club boathouse (not pictured, it is in the opposite direction). Last Sunday I tried to cycle to the boathouse, which is a 11.5 mile trip along quiet country roads... not too bad (managed to get there in about 55 minutes), even though I was hauling my cheapy and heavy bike and facing strong headwinds - every time I came out of a bushy shelter and faced it, it was like hitting a wall! :P
